What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, first name, email address, phone number, company and your message. We use this solely to answer your enquiry (pre-contractual necessity / legitimate interest).

Newsletter: name and email address, used solely to send you our newsletter, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by contacting us.

We do not use this data for profiling and we never sell it.

Processors and hosting

Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend (email delivery service). The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address) for security and operations.

Embedded videos are served by Vimeo with Do-Not-Track enabled; Vimeo may still set strictly functional cookies when you play a video.

Visitor identification and analytics

We use Leadinfo (Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands) to see which companies visit our website. Leadinfo looks up the organisation behind your IP address in publicly available business sources and combines this with the pages you viewed. It tells us which business showed interest, not who you are as an individual. We do not use Leadinfo's session recording or form tracking, so what you type into our forms is never sent to them.

Leadinfo places cookies and only runs after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, it is never loaded and no cookies are placed. You can change your mind at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page; withdrawing removes the cookies again. You can also opt out of recognition by Leadinfo across all websites at www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It works without cookies, uses no persistent identifier and does not follow you across other websites.

Retention

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable follow-up. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
