Our journey began more than five years ago, driven by a relentless pursuit of perfection in material digitization. It wasn’t an easy path. We explored various technologies to digitize materials, but we were often disappointed. The results frequently fell short, especially in terms of detail and consistency. The scanning process was plagued by long post-production times, while photography and PBR scanning often missed crucial details. Yet, we remained determined to find a solution that would deliver continuous, high-quality results and meet our PBR standards. That determination paid off. We discovered the Metis Scanner.
After five years of searching, we realized that we needed to invest in this scanner ourselves.
